In accordance with Section 1-3-470 of South Carolina Code of Laws, the Governor is requesting the flags be flown at half-staff on Wednesday, May 2, 2012, as the South Carolina Law Enforcement Officers Association will be sponsoring their annual Memorial Service in honor of our law enforcement officers who died during 2011.
