Leasing Services acts as the central broker for all South Carolina State agencies in the leasing of real property. Whenever a State agency wishes to lease property, Leasing Services conducts a search for available properties (usually via a "solicitation" process) and negotiates a lease. This staff also assists General Services and other State agencies in the marketing of their properties which become available for lease.
