	This acknowledgment form is for property owners and leasing agents who wish to lease real property to State agencies or to be added to our Solicitation list. It states they have reviewed and understand the Regulation 19-447.1000.

Budget Approval Form

	The Budget and Approval Form is to be completed and signed by the agency budget analysis or financial officer. It should reflect a financial plan and verification of funds.
