The South Carolina Equipment Management Information System (SCEMIS) is a
computer system designed to track all information relevant to fleet management,
pursuant to the
Motor Vehicle Management Act.
SCEMIS is offered at no cost to any government entity that wishes to use it. For State agencies, use of
SCEMIS is makes it much easier to complete the annual Management Review questionnaire.
